Broccoli Salad With Apple and Raisins – Fresh Summer Salads, Perfect For Picnic or at the Beach

How about some broccoli in a salad..? No? How about if it is mixed with apple (and, of course, other things)? No? Really, I think you should try this before giving your ‘professional opinion’ (as you simply cannot know how something tastes without trying it out first). As I usually – yes., actually not only often but usually – say in my recipes, anything can be varied in any way. This means that, anything that you take for granted is great might not be, to you, done in a slightly different way – and, on the other hand, someting that you you thionk you KNOW is disgusting might be very good stuff done slightly differently.

Let’s go directly into this recipe!

For it, you’re going to need the following things:

Broccoli – 1-2 bunches

Raisins – 1/2 cup

apple – 1

optionally, Bacon – 6-8 slices

Purple onion – 1/2 cup

For the, creamy, dressing you’re going to be needing:

Mayonnaise – 1 cup

Apple cider vinegar – 1/4 cup

For the oil-dressing, these are the ingredients:

apple cider vinegar – 1/4 cup

salad oil – 1/2 cup

dry mustard – 1/4 teaspoon

sugar – 1/4 cup

to taste, you need salt and pepper

This is how to do this dish:

In case you use bacon, for the recipe, cook it until it gets crispy – then crumble and set it aside.

Chop the broccoli, onion, into small pieces – put it in the salad bowl.

Add raisins – and the dressing that you chose – into the bowl. Chop apple, them mix the pieces into the salad immediately.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours, and eat!
